Open Reformer

A studio favourite for all fitness levels. This total body strength training class awakens every muscle, focusing on building deep core strength and stability. Barre Vibe

Exclusive to Good Folk Pilates. Bare Vibe is a high-energy, whole body vibration training class that energises your muscles, joints and mind. Step on to our Hypervibe machines to tone and strengthen while increasing circulation, bone density and improving balance. It’s a go-to cardio class for those looking to reduce stress and inflammation or for better hormone regulation. Kind on your body, big on results.

Pilates Private

One-to-one or with a friend – it’s all about you. Your private session will focus on technique, rehabilitation or personal goals alongside extra guidance from our highly experienced team. Let the good times roll in a private class, maximising results and enjoyment.

Dynamic Reformer

Energetic, challenging and fun. Dynamic Reformer is a total body strength training and cardio class in one. Move to the pace of upbeat tunes to build cardiovascular fitness and bone density while getting stronger in every session. You’ll leave with rosy cheeks and a spring in your step! We recommend new folks and those with injuries start with our Open Reformer class.

Active Ageing (55+)

Designed for those who want to move freely with a slower-paced class that’s packed with fun. Reformer and Barre Vibe techniques are combined to strengthen and mobilise your whole body while improving flexibility and bone density. Become more confident and enjoy every day to the fullest!

Specialist Training
