Welcome to good folk

We are a feel-good Pilates studio located in the heart of Yandina. Previously known as Vibrant Body Studio, our community-focused space has been a mainstay of the village for over five years.

We focus on progress over perfection. Highly skilled teachers run every class to create a high-end Pilates experience without judgment, just positive vibes. Our mission is to help everyone feel stronger, more confident and to grow in ways never thought possible. Good moves for life—that’s what we’re about here at Good Folk Pilates.
